Hi, I’m Rachel Kalenkiewicz, DNP, CRNA, ARNP—an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner and Doctorally Certified Nurse Anesthetist with a passion for helping people look and feel their best.
I’m a CRNA and aesthetic injector specializing in natural, subtle facial rejuvenation. Building on my ICU foundation and Doctor of Nursing Practice in Nurse Anesthesia from the University of Iowa, I bring advanced medical expertise and an artistic, precision-focused approach to every treatment.
I completed my advanced injector training at Beautiphi Academy—named the 2023 Aesthetic Training Institute of the Year—where I earned certifications in neurotoxins, facial fillers, and regenerative skin therapies. I own and practice at Kalen & Co. Aesthetics and serve as Medical Director for Allure Medspa, providing clinical oversight and mentorship to aesthetic professionals across Iowa.
